Commercial Mortgage-Backed Security Loans

In addition to FHA insured loan products, Cosmopolitan provides non-agency Commercial Mortgage-Backed Security (CMBS) loans, that are non-recourse, for income producing properties located anywhere in the country. This product can be utilized for acquisition, refinance or as the permanent financing to take out a bridge loan.

 

Program terms are typically 5, 7 and 10 year, with up to 30 year amortization schedules. Interest rates are fixed at competitive pricing over applicable SWAP Spreads, first mortgage security, non-recourse except standard carve-outs.

 

Asset types include; multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotel, mobile home parks and others on a deal by deal basis.

 

Timing is typically 45 days.
